At Tote & Trek, we want to make sure you receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and ship your items. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We select the most appropriate carrier based on your location, package size, and shipping speed selected at checkout.
While our estimated shipping times are generally accurate, they are estimates only and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, carrier disruptions).
Order Processing Time

In‑stock items: Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are dispatched the same day.

Processing window: Please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days) for our team to prepare your order for shipment. This includes picking, packing, and quality checks.

Backordered items: If an item is not currently in stock, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. You will be notified of any significant delays.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.
Shipping Methods, Delivery Times & Costs
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your destination, the shipping method you select at checkout, and the specific product you order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Due to high demand, the estimated shipping time for each product is displayed directly on the product page, just below the "Add to Cart" button. This time frame varies by product, so please check the product page before placing your order.
Important: The estimated shipping date shown on the product page updates weekly. Please make sure you note the date displayed on the day you place your order.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

You can also track your order by logging into your Tote & Trek account and viewing your order history.
If your tracking number shows "Label Created" for more than 3 business days, please contact us – there may be a carrier pick-up delay.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship to customers worldwide. For international orders:

Customs duties & taxes: Tote & Trek is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Customs processing: International shipments may be delayed by customs inspections. Tote & Trek cannot control or predict these delays.

Shipment address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete, as we cannot reroute packages once they have been dispatched.
If you have questions about potential customs fees in your country, please contact your local customs office before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, please first check with your neighbors or local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier and either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Address Changes & Order Cancellations

Address changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it, but once the order is packed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Order cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been shipped. After 24 hours or once shipped, cancellations are not possible – please refer to our Return and Refund Policy instead.
